It applies to the ZombieUP website, web app, and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Account & contact information: email address and display name you provide when signing up, joining the waitlist, or contacting support.
Health & fitness data (with your permission): workouts, distance, duration, heart rate, calories, steps, elevation, and optionally sleep data from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or connected services like Strava. We use this data only to power gameplay (kills, XP, Pulse, resources, leaderboards).
Usage data: in-app interactions, squad activity, device type, app version, and crash logs to improve the Service.
Communications: messages you send via support email, bug reports, or squad chat.
We do not sell your personal data.
We process personal data based on: your consent (health data, marketing emails), performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement).

We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Support messages are retained as long as needed to resolve issues and improve the product.
