ZombieUP is in closed beta. Things will break, numbers will get rebalanced, and progress may occasionally be reset. In exchange for early access, you agree to give us honest feedback, keep unreleased features to yourself, and understand that this is entertainment software — not a medical, health, or safety service.
You must be at least 13 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed this agreement and consents to your participation. Beta access is personal to you and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.
The beta is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Features may change, disappear, or misbehave. Kills, XP, levels, loot, leaderboard standings, and other progress may be rebalanced, migrated, or reset at any time as we tune the game. We are not liable for lost progress, lost data, or lost bragging rights.
ZombieUP rewards real physical activity, but it is not a medical device, fitness coach, or health service, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Always be aware of your surroundings while exercising — no kill streak is worth running into traffic. You participate in all physical activity at your own risk.
With your permission, the app reads workout data (and optionally sleep data) from Apple Health to power gameplay. We use this data to calculate kills, XP, resources, and leaderboards. We do not sell your personal data. You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing zombieupsupport@gmail.com. Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions you submit may be used to improve ZombieUP without restriction or compensation — though founding beta testers earn our eternal gratitude, founding member status, and early-access perks at launch.
Some beta features are unannounced. Please don't publicly post screenshots, video, or details of features we mark as confidential or that are not yet public. Talking about the public beta itself is fine — encouraged, even. Bring your friends.
Don't spoof workouts, manipulate Health data, exploit bugs for rank, or harass other survivors in squad chat. We may remove cheaters and bad actors from the beta and reset fraudulent progress. The horde has standards. So do we.
Either of us can end your beta participation at any time. We may update this agreement as the beta evolves; if we make material changes, we'll note the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the beta after changes means you accept them.
